      1. Before the massage, remove makeup and wash your face and décolletage area.
      2. Remove accessories such as necklaces and earrings.
      3. Tie your hair back to prevent it from getting caught in the rollers during the massage.
      4. Apply facial serum or moisturizer to dry and sensitive skin before the massage.
      5. Move the massager in the direction of the massage lines.
