The products posted on our website are available to customers throughout Georgia.

For purchases above 100 GEL, transportation/delivery is completely free, both in Tbilisi and in the regions.

The cost of delivery for purchases up to 100 GEL is as follows:

  • In Tbilisi: 5 GEL

  • In the regions: 8 GEL

The purchased item is delivered:

  • In Tbilisi: within 1 to 2 working days

  • In the regions: within 3 to 5 working days

*Please note that item delivery time will not exceed 10 working days after order processing.

The courier will deliver the item to the pre-specified address; however, the service does not include delivery to the floor.

Exact delivery information will be provided to the customer at the time of placing the order.

We cooperate with the best courier companies to ensure speed and safety of delivery.

You can use direct card payment or bank transfer as payment methods on our website.

Returning item

Return Conditions

Your satisfaction with all the products available on our website is of the utmost importance to us.

The Dermis team works tirelessly to carefully select and offer products that positively impact your everyday life.

If the delivered product is damaged or does not match the description on the website, we offer to replace the product or refund your money according to the conditions specified below.

Please note: By agreeing to the website's terms and conditions, you also agree to these return terms.

Under what circumstances can you return the product?

According to Dermis.ge's policy, you can return an item if:

  1. You rethink the purchase, with the following exceptions:

    • The value of the purchased product does not exceed 30 GEL.

    • The product is hygienic, perishable, or has a short shelf life.

    • The product is hermetically sealed, and its hermeticity was compromised after delivery, adhering to hygiene norms.

    • The product's packaging (box, bag) has been tampered with by the user.

    • The product shows signs of use.

  2. Dermis did not fulfill its promises:

    • The product does not match the order or the technical specifications as listed on the website.

    • The product is damaged.

    • Delivery time was violated on our part.

  3. The product has a factory defect.

Users can refuse the contract without specifying a reason, except in cases stipulated by law.

Within How Many Days Can You Return an Item?

If you want to return a product, you must make a request within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Submit a Request for a Product Return or Exchange

  • Our Dermis team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your application to discuss the return procedure.

The reimbursement procedure for transportation costs is as follows:

When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

How Will the Refund Be Made?

After receiving the returned item, Dermis.ge will notify you within 24 hours regarding the refund status.

In the case of a factory complaint, you will be informed of the decision about a refund or replacement within 5 days.

If a positive decision is made, the refund will be processed within 5 working days after you receive the notification.

If a negative decision is made, the item will be returned to you. The return shipping costs will be covered by Dermis.ge.

How Will the Returned Product Be Refunded?

Refunds are only processed via non-cash payment, credited back to the customer's card account used for the purchase.
